EXCEPTIONALLY RUDE & UNHELPFUL MANAGER AT THIS STORE. After protesting that I would not sign a liability waiver for the delivery of a product, the Manager of the store phoned me as requested. I was stunned by his nasty responses to my disagreement about the waiver and I had to hang up on him because he was yelling at me over the phone. Shameful and sad because I have always enjoyed shopping at Home Hardware stores i BC and Ontario and have done so for years. I will be taking my business elsewhere now. Read that waiver carefully!
