- OBT is not a construction company, contractor, or employer of any person, organization, or professional listed on the Site.
- OBT does not control the quality, safety, legality, insurance coverage, licensing, background, or suitability of the services provided by any construction professional.
- OBT does not verify any professional's insurance, licenses, certifications, background history, or safety compliance.
- OBT is not responsible for any damages, losses, injuries, disputes, or claims arising out of or related to your use of any construction professional found through the Site.
- Use of the Site and reliance on any information or contacts obtained through the Site is entirely at your own risk.
4. User Responsibilities
By using the Site, you agree to:
- Use the Site only for lawful purposes.
- Conduct your own independent verification of any professional you choose to hire.
- Confirm that any professional you engage maintains appropriate insurance coverage, including but not limited to professional liability and workers' compensation, and obtain proof of such coverage before work begins.

- It is advisable to enter into a work contract prior to any work commencing clearly outlining each party's obligations and responsibilities. Prior to doing so you should ensure you engage a law firm with experience in the specific industry to vet the contract.
- Release OBT from any and all liability related to your use of construction professionals found through the Site.

The Site may include links to third-party websites or services. OBT has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, products, or services of these third parties.
6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OBT, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from:
