Totally agree with negative comments about their installation services. Beyond awful. HD takes your money immediately and then waffles and stalls around actual completion. And trying to reach anyone, either in the store or their so called customer service line is a total joke. I used several installs from them during a renovation and NEVER AGAIN......will not spend another dime with this company.

Went to Home Depot to replace my front door lock. Had to leave my house unlocked. It was a two hour return trip. Bought (on my account) what I needed and left. As I exited the store, was accosted ( grabbed by the arm) by a man. I started screaming, not knowing who he was. He let go of me and asked me if I had a receipt. TAKE AWAY FROM MY VISIT, TAKE THE PLASTIC BAG OR BE ACCUSED OF THEFT AND ACCOSTED BY EMPLOYEES

Do NOT use their installation services!!. We used Home Depot to do our roof and ensuite last summer. We hoped that by going with a big box store we would be protected in the event that anything went awry. Big mistake. The installers used our new deck as a worksite and cut material DIRECTLY on the deck. Our duradeck liner is gashed in many places. Also the people who did our ensuite dropped our vanity and put a big crack on the side which they tried to hide with putty? Our walls have gaping holes in the corners where the drywall isn't flush and no one bothered filling in the gaps. Honestly the bathroom looks worse than before. At first Home Depot's insurance company approved the repair to our deck but suddenly they seemed to stall. We kept calling and getting the run around saying they were trying to get Peak Installations to repair our deck and Peak Installations was refusing the repair. Peak Installations??? Why am I suddenly being diverted to deal with a third party contractor, last
