I don’t usually like to write bad reviews but I feel like I have no choice. Canex slapped a $23,000 lien for lumber charges on my home. My bill was $19,000.I paid my contractor in December already for it.Why would they lien for $23k when my bill was $19k.I am unable to get an update or copy of the invoice they claim is outstanding. I understand this is tied up in bureaucracy and COVID slowed things down but Im left hanging and cannot complete on my mortgage because of this. Very frustrated

I worked with Tammy in the window department. She was very patient with my and gave me many estimates as I explored all the windows I wanted as opposed to what was available. I would highly recommend her. The only reason that I didnt give the 5th star was that the window frames are not deep enough to protrude out past the hardie board siding we had installed. With all my questions, I didnt know to ask about it and someone else actually placed the order and didnt ask about my siding depth.

d I am extremely annoyed. I ordered an paid for trusses for a new house. first I was quoted $2000.00 less and we then paid for them. I was promised them on Sept. I took their bid and word over another truss company. They have my money and still can't tell me when they can deliver them. I would not recommend them as the salesman didn't even have the nerve to call me and let me know!
