Drain Pro

The treatment I received by the owner, after asking a billing question, was extremely unpleasant and not professional. His response was not the answer to my question, but instead a long, loud, and really aggressive diatribe. He even mocked me sarcastically, when I said that I didn't understand. I tried to stop him three times, to help redirect him to answering my question. His anger was really misplaced. They've worked at my house six times, but I will find another plumber now.

A Saturday afternoon, with frigid below 0C temps and high winds buffeting us when I see a leak in the exposed sewage line. Called Drain Pro, who sent us a plumber as soon as he could get here. Alex rooted out the line (massive root and frozen blockage!) within an hour and got all running smoothly. Whew! And to top it all off, Alex was extremely friendly and tireless. Especially considering the far from comfortable conditions. Left us feeling safe and relieved! Drain Pro definitely will continue

I was quite pleased with the service I received from Drain Pro Plumbing in Victoria BC. I spoke with Jaeson on the telephone who gave me tips on what to do until he got there. He arrived on-time and did a full inspection of my water line and septic system. He gave his recommendation of what to do and why and discussed home insurance coverage. I was so impressed with Jaesons knowledge. I highly recommend Drain Pro for their great service and affordable pricing!

We had a water line replaced. On the positive side - drain pro was fast, courteous and so far efficient. On the down side - very costly. We recommend getting a few estimates from other companies as well

Further issues also, I DON'T RECOMMEND DRAIN PRO.. Hired Jason to put in perimeters drains at my house. The drain pipes seemed perfect until I found a MAJOR & HIDDEN issue after HUGE full payment. Made appt. to get fixed: NEVER SHOWED UP, NEVER CALLED BACK! Once paid, DON'T expect swift responses. Jason needs training in customer service, relations & communication. He was twice short & rude & don't expect apologies for it or work problems. Other issues as well, poor communication bet. him & staff Work Safe concerns. Clean up poor.

This company & th.... This company & their plumbers, John & Luke, are terrific. I have had 4 different problems over the last 6 weeks & I received prompt and more than courteous service. The hot water tank was particularly scary but John aided us over the phone to get everything shut off and promised he would be here in the morning with a new tank and, voila, he came at 9 am. I so appreciated the promptness as I had a houseful of company. I would highly recommend Drain Pro! You can't go wrong!!!!

VERY GOOD. USE THEM!. FABULOUS SERVICE! Backed up kitchen sink. Said would be there in 1/2 hour to hour and 1/2. Came 45 minutes later. Very courteous, explained where he thought the problem was and how he was going to fix. Did it very fast and put in an extra clean out fixture. Gave good advice on how to prevent in future. USE THESE GUYS. A++++

Poor customer ser.... Poor customer service. The plumber was brusque to the point of being rude, and not helpful in the least when answering questions. I don't recommend them. Other business' in town can offer the same services with more friendly staff.
