Oasis Windows

My window has water build up in between the glasses. I have phoned them so many times even text the manager but no response. they came to measure it 3 times and that was it.not 3 windows in total.

Used Oasis to install windows approximately 10 years ago. Windows are good but have found customer care very poor. Have been trying to get a call back to replace a cracked window for over a month. Never received a call back so finally on a 4th call talked to someone who said it would cost $125 just to measure the window; cost and instillation would be another charge. I would have thought a 5 minute job of measuring 1 window would be included in the cost of replacing it. Will find someone else to

WORST SERVICE EVER EXPERIENCED!!! Between the countless mistakes and lies that caused me to miss 3 days of work and pay, they were aggrivating and very frustrating to deal with. Hire them because of their cheap quote will end up costing you more at the end. They first offer work completion between 3 to 4 weeks. It ended up being 8 weeks with dates being changed last minute and without notifying me of them. Don't want to go into a long story.. Worst company I have ever dealt with.

Awesome service and best quality. I recently renovated my newly purchased home and we had windows installed from Oasis Windows. They were great to deal with and the service was on time and at a great price for the size of the windows. I will definitely be using them again for my next project and would recommend them to anyone.

Terrible service!.... Terrible service! I have three young children and came home after our windows had been replaced to construction debris everywhere! Caulking in the kitchen and bathroom sink, paint chips all over the counters, floors, covering my kids carpeted room. There were pieces of sharp vinyl shards throughout our kitchen and all over the shrubs in the backyard. They did not finish the job and left us with a boarded up window and clearly zero cleanup. 16 old single pane windows were left leaning in front of the house. The final straw was finding one of our bags the kids use for snacks full of slimy wet paper towel and a caulking gun. I can only assume they didn't even bring their own garbage bags or could not have been bothered to go out to their van to get one. This was two days ago and they have yet to reschedule the rest of the job. In the meantime I am left trying to clean all this up. I cannot believe how inconsiderate the installers were.

Top notch - excellent quality, great prices. Excellent quality, reasonable prices, excellent customer service from the service/installation team. One of the windows in my order got cracked just before delivery. To avoid construction delays, Oasis sent the window anyway and then their team came to replace the glass once the window was installed. They get me informed the entire time. Best window company in the Lower Mainland.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!. I ordered 3 windows and paid for them to come with screen and I never received my screens so I contacted them and they said they would get back to me but never did so i phoned back and they said the same thing, Finally i was put through to a manager named Sunil who called me a liar and told me that he didnt want me as a customer It took them a whole month to make 1 window after saying they misplaced my order. These people are a joke DO NOT use them or you will have nothing but problems they have the worst customer service out of any business I have dealt with my entire life

horrible.... This company has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They show up on your doorstep without making appointments, saying they did, and don't show up on the days they do make the appointments. When they do show up, their work is done very poorly. They don't clean up after themselves after they are done their job. I really don't recommend these people to anyone. STAY AWAY!
