I called about having a fence built. The guy on the phone scheduled a time to take a look so that they could prepare an estimate. On the day we had scheduled I waited and nobody showed up. The next day I called and they were apologetic, blamed their new booking system and rescheduled. And once again they stood me up. I will not even consider Hawes for any future projects. I cant speak to their quality of work but I can speak to their punctuality & customer service.
