I was quoted a price in August that I accepted as it was reasonable. Was told at the time it would take 3 months before they could get there and I was fine with that. I Waited until the second or third Friday in October and received a call (with no communication within that time) that they wouldn't be there that day as it was raining. I said that's fine, i didn't know they were coming anyway and asked when they'd be back; was told they'd let me know. Didn't hear from them for two weeks and then

Feels like a money grab. Asked to have my professional outdoor to be sauna inspected and they basically cost me $220 dollars to say it is impossible to comply. No outdoor sauna can comply if it is not at least 11 feet by 11 feet as every wood stove needs 3 feet of clearance on all sides. A simple question like - “ what is the size of your sauna.... ? Oh I am sorry, nothing under 12 feet can possibly comply. Done and done. Instead, they cash my payment and waste my time.

I would like to share that Winnipeg Chimney did work in our home, that was excellent, clean, professional and work so well done. Yahoo! to them all.Very pleasant people. I will be hiring them again when needed. I have full confidence in them 100%.Thank You for a job well done.Karen and Michael

Excellent work an.... Excellent work and great professional service. The Estimate was bang on and the workers were polite and thorough while doing the work to remove our old chimney and stove. When we asked questions we got great thoughtful answers and they cleaned up after themselves when they left.
