Horrible Product, Worse Service Tip Top Carpet On. We purchased over 5000 sq ft of flooring from Tip Top Carpet One and within months the laminate flooring had warn through to pure black rubber. When we spoke with the owner of Tip Top Carpet One he was completely unwilling to do anything that satisfied us, told us that he would cut us a break on new flooring from North America as the stuff he sold us first was poor quality and from Asia. He took absolutely no responsibility for the fact that the flooring completely wore out within months, said he had not seen this before? We have installed tens of thousands of sq ft of flooring over the years and have never had such a poor quality flooring supplied, and have NEVER had such horrible customer service!
