Mr Wilky fixed our freezer in a short and clean visit. He was diligent, professional, and able to quickly repair. I was positively impressed with the quality of services and professionalism.

Woke up to a warm.... Woke up to a warm fridge + defrosting food on a snow-covered winter Saturday morning. After looking into a new fridge $$$, found and called Sanco at 2:30pm after reading comments. Wilky Ly was at my home by 5:30 same day, assessed and fixed the problem by 6 p.m. Trust what you read here about Wilky. He comes fully equipped, even has a cage on rollers with a wide range of tools. No extra fees, even though it was Saturday and an emergency. OMG! Highly recommend this whiz bang dude!

I first called Wilky several months ago to fix my front loading washing machine when it wouldn't drain. He came the same day that I called him and fixed my machine. I was so impressed with his service that I called him again today when my dryer wasn't heating. He came within the hour! I tried calling a few other companies when my washer broke down before I had called Wilky. They told me that a service repair person would be out in a week. Who can wait a week with a load full of clothes soaking in a wet front loading washer! I highly recommend Wilky! He provides fast service and is reasonably priced.

Excellent work, excellent service. My washing machine stopped working - the water wouldn't drain and the machine was making a crackling noise. Samsung gave us Totem Appliance's # to fix it, however Totem wasn't able to come until a week later. Of course we couldn't wait a week because we have a newborn so we called Wilky, who does numerous jobs for the ppty mgnt co that I work for, to see if he can fix it and fix it asap. Even with his busy schedule, Wilky fit us in the next day. Wilky found the problem, fixed it, and did a few tests to make sure the machine is working soundly - all done in about an hour! The machine is working perfectly normal now. Professional & friendly service, quick, knowledgeable and reasonably price. Thank you Wilky, you are awesome. I strongly recommend.

Excellent Service!!. My fridge stopped working so I called Sanco Appliances at 5pm and was happy that someone answered the phone. I was even happier when he said he could be at our place in 2 hours. Wilky promptly diagnosed the problem (burnt out relay), fixed it immediately, cleaned up the fridge and worksite, and did so for a very reasonable price. He was very personable and explained what the problem was and gave a price quote once he understood the problem. I will call him for any appliance repairs I may need and will not hesitate to recommend Sanco Appliances to my friends and colleagues.
